1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using IMS Panel Pro ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

IMS Panel Pro lets you place orders for social media growth services such as followers, likes, views and similar engagement. Services are delivered through third-party suppliers, so delivery speed and results can vary.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your login details and for all activity under your account.
• One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse offers or limits.

4. Orders

• Check the service description, minimum and maximum quantity and price before ordering.
• Make sure the link or username is correct and the profile or post is public. We are not responsible for orders placed with a wrong or private link.
• Do not place a second order for the same link until the first one is completed.
• Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Payments and balance

Orders are paid from your account balance. Deposits must be made using the payment methods shown on the site. Make sure you send the correct amount to the correct address, since we cannot recover payments sent to a wrong address or in a wrong amount. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place an order applies to that order.

6. Refunds and drops

• Once an order has started, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If we cannot deliver an order, or it is only partially delivered, the unused amount may be returned to your account balance.
• Some services can drop after delivery, since social platforms may remove accounts or engagement. Unless a service is described as having a refill guarantee, drops are not covered.
• Deposits added to your balance are not refunded to the original payment method, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, to harass or deceive others, to attack or disrupt the site, to abuse the API, or to resell the service in a way that breaks these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. No guarantee and platform rules

We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram or any other platform. Using growth services may go against a platform's own rules, and you use them at your own risk. We do not guarantee that your account or content will stay free of restrictions or removal.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by platform actions, supplier issues or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
